This free 30-minute session is a low-pressure way for us to connect, discuss what you want to heal or achieve, and see whether our work together feels like the right fit. Included is a shortened demonstration of Reiki.
No. Spiritual Mentoring is complementary, spiritually based wellness support. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical care, or treatment for a mental-health condition.
